The International Professionals’ Program is a boutique, premium and personalised educational program for international educators.
These programs are designed to extend professional and educational knowledge and skill-sets by providing opportunities to engage with, and learn from, a team of highly skilled teachers and leaders.
Our educators have an extensive and diverse range of industry experience, working within an institution with state-of-the-art facilities at their access.
Professionals’ School-Based Tours
Short-term (1 to 3 weeks) for a Group of Educators.
This program is designed to showcase Sheldon College’s unique curriculum design and its innovative and highly effective instructional practices. International educators have the opportunity to observe, engage and interact with Sheldon College’s Academic Team. Tours are tailored to target learning phases, subject specialisation, and specific professional learning interests.
Leadership Development Program
The Leadership Development Program is designed to build the leadership capacity of international school leaders and Principals.
The program can be customised to target topics including educational leadership; innovation and entrepreneurialism in education; creating high performing teams and systems; change management strategies; strategic planning and performance development; and management.
Teacher Training-Professional Placement Program
The Teacher Training-Professional Placement Program is a professional visit program that is designed for teachers who are engaged in professional training courses with Australian universities.
This program creates practical opportunities for teachers to develop their practice within a Queensland school setting working with expert mentor teachers, digital pedagogies and high impact methodologies.
